| Terms and Conditions | |
| 1) | Full payment must be submitted together with the duly completed registration form at our sales counter at SportsmenAsia, 46 Upper Cross Street, The Platinum #01-02, Singapore 058345 (opposite Chinatown MRT Station Exit E, and alongside Hotel 81 Chinatown and Spring Court Restaurant). |
| 2) | Strictly no refund, in whole or in part, shall be made in the event of the applicant's withdrawal and/or non-attendance regardless of the reason/s given. |
| 3) | After8Concepts reserves the right to cancel and/or reschedule a workshop/event without assigning any reason/s. In this case, the applicant shall have the option to either receive a full refund of fees paid or to attend another workshop/event as replacement (not applicable to VIP Pass). |
| 4) | After8Concepts shall not be liable whatsoever in respect of any loss and/or damage to property and/or personal injury suffered by any applicant during and/or in relation to a workshop/event. |
| 5) | Course details and instructors are subject to change without prior notification. |
| 6) | After8Concepts reserves the right to reject applications without assigning any reason/s. |
| 7) | After8Concepts reserves the right to terminate the applicant's membership and/or refuse entry to any workshop/event in the event that the member is deemed to be disruptive and/or unsuitable for further membership privileges. In this case, After8Concepts shall be liable to only refund that portion of fees pre-paid and/or not yet utilized (if any). |
| 8) | All workshops and events shall only commence with sufficient sign-ups. No cash refunds shall be made in respect of the VIP Pass for the cancellation and/or postponement of any workshop/event; instead the relevant points used to sign up for the workshop/event will be credited back to the VIP member's account. |
| 9) | After8Concepts reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions by written amendment on this website. |
